The woods start right outside, and there are blueberries everywhere, literally by the door. We loved picking them. From the porch, it was lovely to grill or sit with a glass of wine while keeping the kids in sight as they played nearby. We rented a house for a week in July. It was modern, clean, cosy, spacious, and very well equipped. There are interesting places to visit and lovely swimming lakes a short drive away, and the owner was kind and helpful with suggestions. We stayed for three nights, two adults and our beagle, and loved it. There’s lots to do around here, with shops nearby, yet you’re also surrounded by forest and nature. We’ll definitely come back in winter for skiing.

We were comfortable in the three-room apartment for four nights, two adults and three kids. The rooms were fresh, the beds were comfortable, and it was very good value. The sofa bed mattress did squeak, unfortunately. Everything we needed was provided, including towels, bed linen, kitchen utensils, a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Being able to buy a cleaning service was a big plus. We also had a lovely time picking mushrooms in the nearby forest and eating blueberries, raspberries, and wild strawberries. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Borlänge is about a 15-minute drive away, with Kupolen, Aqua Nova, and Yoump trampolines; Sahlins Struts, Idkerberget, Hästsveden lake, and Falu copper mine are also within an easy drive.

A very convenient and cosy family apartment, clean and functional. We stayed with our two kids, and found loads of useful things here: children's furniture, a grill, bathrobes, washer and dryer, microwave, dishes, stove, oven, mixer, hair dryer, and more. The staff were very friendly.

IGMA Lodge made a great family staycation base, right among some of the area's best attractions: Sahlin Struts, shopping in Borlänge, Falu Gruva, Romme Alpin, and Aqua Nova. Thanks for the hospitality!
