Fjällfrid Stugor

The kitchen had plenty of equipment, which was a big plus for us since we like to cook even on vacation. After the long drive up to the mountains, stepping into the warm pool was fantastic 🌟. We stayed five nights in Järven Övre this past week and were incredibly happy with the accommodation and hospitality. The cottage is super nice and well equipped. There are a few little flaws, but the overall impression is great. We’d gladly come back.

The Fjällräven residence at Fjällfrid is cozy, warm, homely, and very well kept, with everything you could wish for, down to the nice rugs and the pillows and blankets on the sofas. It’s thoughtfully set up for a stay without everyday hassles, and has everything you might need. The location is high up and has no view, but it’s bright, sunny, and lovely, with a wonderful view of the mountain landscape. It’s worth every penny. If I return to Bruksvallarna, I’ll stay at Fjällfrid again. So nice!

The cottage is tucked among birches in a lovely spot, and the staff are nice and easy to reach. There’s a private parking space, a drying cabinet that works well, and a very nice double shower and sauna. The rooms are fresh and there’s plenty of space. Most of the fixtures are newer Ikea items, and they do the job. The promised DVD player wasn’t there, and the wifi wasn’t very reliable.

There’s plenty of room in this nice cottage, and the layout works well. Everything else was great, but the missing DVD player and unreliable Wifi brought the rating down.
