We really enjoyed the spa, especially the 35 degree pool, so add the spa fee if you go. The room wasn't anything exciting, but it was clean and smelled nice. I did miss having a refrigerator. Service was good. The three-course dinner was super, though breakfast was even better and had everything. Prices were decent, even at the bar, which is usually too expensive in places like this.

The spa was just right, the food was delicious, and everyone working there was really friendly. It's in a beautiful spot right by the water, with nice trails to walk the dog. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but the lovely location and atmosphere were overshadowed by the service. If anxiety is an issue for you, I'd avoid this place. The esthetician seemed quietly judgemental, pressured me to change my time, and made remarks about my double chin and wrinkles. The towel had visible brown stains, and the slippers we paid extra for were both left-foot ones. The server also seemed judgemental about people's food preferences. This is one of those places with only fancy food, so it's not ideal for picky eaters or people with sensory issues. She rolled her eyes when she saw I hadn't finished eating, then scoffed rudely when I asked if I really wanted dessert. It took an hour for our server to come back and take our dessert order. I struggle with anxiety, and the service and atmosphere made me really nervous.
