The room was completely cold and had no charm. It was low down, with a roof window facing a parking lot, and felt more like storage than somewhere you'd want to sit or even sleep. Zero stars for that room. Spend a couple hundred bucks more and be comfortable, it would make the whole stay better.

I left my charger in the room and reported it the day after I checked out. More than a month and eight reminders later, it still hasn't been sent, despite five promises. That's really bad and brings my rating down. The accommodation itself was okay for a good price, though the air was a bit stuffy.

The staff were nice, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was useful. The room we were given, though, wasn't good.

A mini fridge was a nice plus. The air felt a little stuffy, and since the windows couldn't be opened, we had a skylight instead.

We had such a cozy stay. The staff were fantastic and the service was top class. Highly recommend!
