The hotel is fairly old and could use some renovation, but the breakfast was good and the price felt worthwhile. I’d normally rate it four stars. The especially excellent service at reception, particularly Ulrika’s, changed that for me. She was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Many thanks to her!

We came as a large group and booked several rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, and parking with EV charging was available. The rooms could use some renovation, but they were clean and comfortable.

The shower was good, and breakfast was AMAZING, top-class food in the morning. But the place wasn’t nearly as fresh as the website makes it sound. The compact room was disgracefully small, smaller than a Swedish prison cell! Calling it a single room feels like a misleading label used to squeeze more money out of guests.

2/10
There was barely space to move around in the room, and getting from one side to the other was difficult. It’s very small, so be cautious if you’re tall, have a larger body, or have accessibility needs. The hotel was worn down and dirty, including the hallways. The bed mattresses and linens were especially filthy, with bodily fluids visible. I felt so uncomfortable using them that I didn’t want to stay.

I really liked this hotel. It had everything we needed for convenience, and unexpectedly, it ended up being the best hotel of our trip :)
