Naya Retreat & Hotell

Rent bikes and make the most of the island’s fantastic bike paths and infrastructure. This is a wonderful, peaceful spot by the water, with an amazing breakfast and a lovely restaurant. You can tell the oasis was created and is run with a lot of love. We loved our stay and will gladly return. Thanks to everyone who makes it so special. I think the pictures speak for themselves 🤭

Naya Retreat was such a restful place to spend Easter weekend, and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family. Our cosy room felt like a little beach house, with comfortable beds and a small sitting area where we could relax in armchairs. There was no TV, so we could sit and talk and really disconnect from everyday life. They provided bathrobes and slippers, and arranged a jacuzzi bath for us, which made it feel like a spa. Dinner was a very good four-course meal with wine, centred on local ingredients. Breakfast was also very good and a lovely start before going out to explore Öland. Both meals were served in the dining room, which felt like being at home. I’ll be back in the near future.

They were so kind and accommodating when we needed to check in early, and the surroundings were lovely. Breakfast was good, too. The view from our little cabin isn’t so nice at the moment because they’re expanding the spa, but we’re looking forward to coming back once it’s finished! 🥰

The building is beautiful, the room was nice, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and good. But there are few facilities, and you can’t even make a cup of coffee in the room. The kitchen garden is sadly overgrown with weeds, and a noisy construction site right outside the room was disturbing. For that price, it’s far too expensive.
