The staff were incredibly caring when I came down with a fever, probably picked up while travelling through the airport. At our tour leader's request, they carried a meal from the restaurant across the frozen courtyard to my room in -20°C weather. It was even bigger and tastier than my previous dinner. That kind of flexibility really stood out. Our group of 16 was seated together at dinner without disrupting other guests, and my vegetarian meal came quickly and was delicious. The food was excellent throughout. Breakfast had plenty to choose from and ran from 7am until 10am. Check-in was quick, and my room was warm and practical. We had our own transport, though everything was nearby and there was a ski bus too, which made arranging equipment for everyone easy. I think the whole group had a wonderful stay, and we'd all like to come back next year.

We liked it so much that we asked to stay a third night. The restaurant is worth visiting every day, and breakfast was excellent too, with a wide mix of local and continental choices. The spa had everything we wanted.

After a day out in the mountains, this hotel is a great place to stay. I really enjoyed it, especially the very clean room and spa, with its different saunas and pools. Highly recommend it.
