The food was a pleasant surprise. The menu was limited, but the daily option was tasty and reasonably priced, and breakfast was standard Swedish fare. The staff were friendly once you managed to find them, and the surrounding area is nice. Still, the damp smell in the hotel was awful, especially with those red carpets. The room looked like it was from the 1970s, and there was wallpaper in the shower. The place feels about 40 years past its prime. That smell was unforgivable.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Europe, with loads to choose from: hot and cold dishes, fruit, sweets, fish, meat, and more. We also got great value for our money, and the service and amenities made the whole stay feel fantastic. My husband and I had a charming vintage-style room with lots of space and an incredibly comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. The spa was a highlight too, with gently swinging relaxation chairs and calming music, two jacuzzis, saunas, a steam bath, and a swimming pool. They also had tasty snacks and drinks. We’d highly recommend it for a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay here with my 2.5-year-old niece. The hotel itself is simple, but worth a visit. We spent a morning at the spa, which has a pool, two hot tubs, and a fun hot spring spa experience. We didn’t try the saunas or relaxation rooms, but you could easily spend a whole day there. I also heard the restaurant is excellent.

The spa wasn’t the fanciest, but it was big enough to offer some variety. The food was about what we expected, and the room was clean. It was in a separate building, but luckily there was a map to help us find it. The conference ran without problems, and connecting to the presentation equipment was easy. Snacks were served throughout the days.
