The hotel kindly prepared breakfast to go since we had to leave before the buffet opened. We only stayed one night before our 7 AM ferry to Denmark. The rooms weren’t particularly nice, and the bathroom sink was partially blocked. Parking was absolutely terrible. There was nowhere to stop while checking in, the garage entrance was hard to find, and the parking space was extremely narrow. After checking out, we couldn’t get out of the garage because it required the keycard we’d already returned. Not what you want when you have an early ferry to catch.

The best part was breakfast, with a good selection and juices available almost anytime. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to tram and bus stops. Our room was okay, but we’d have preferred the sofa gone. It used up precious space and served no practical purpose. The shower was great, with good water temperature and pressure.

The rooms are so noisy that I couldn't sleep at night. The walls are really thin, you can hear someone coughing in the room next door.

10/10
The breakfast and staff really stood out, even compared with hotels with higher ratings. Our room was clean and comfortable, and having a tub was a nice bonus. It was also a great spot for exploring different parts of the city, with easy walks to the train, restaurants, and supermarkets. The neighborhood felt much quieter than the main hub, without all the traffic and bustle.

Breakfast was really good, and the rooms were extra clean. It's central, and the service staff were incredibly helpful.
