Ibis Molndal

This was far below the standard I've had at other Good Morning Hotels. The rooms were tiny, there was mould in the bathroom, and breakfast wasn't very good. I really didn't enjoy staying here.

The room was compact and pleasant, though I would've liked brighter bathroom lighting. Breakfast was pretty nice, and I really appreciated having vegan and gluten-free choices. Thanks so much!

I stayed for two weeks after coming from india. The room was a bit small, but the service was incredible. The staff helped me with everything, and the rooms were cleaned regularly.

By the third day, my room still hadn't been cleaned, the bed wasn't made, and my used towels were on the floor. The night staff had told me food would be served, but when I tried to order later, they first had to check for ingredients and then said only one pan worked, so making anything was too difficult. It was 9pm and I had to go out looking for food. Earlier, on day two, I was told they weren't serving food because they were cleaning the fridges. The workers were sitting on their phones gossiping, while the coffee stayed cold and wasn't replenished all night. On day one, the ashtrays outside were overflowing, and when I sat on a bench it broke and sent me onto the floor. It was left there, a real danger to guests. I have four more days of this service ahead of me. I feel like checking out, asking for my money back, and finding another hotel. Anything would be better. This has been horrible.
