We didn’t stay at the hotel. Three of us went to the bar with two dogs, one of them a service dog, and asked where we could sit. They told us to go all the way in. Other dogs were there too, but then we were kicked out because one of ours was supposedly too big. Both dogs had immediately settled quietly under the table and behaved well, and one was a service dog! We left without staying. If you have a dog, don’t come here.

The gym is amazing and huge, and it’s an easy trip into the centre. The metro is only a 10 minute walk away, so it’s a great choice if you want quieter evenings. We stayed three nights as a family, and having a connecting room for my son was great. Service was friendly, breakfast was good, and nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a good range of usual meals. The location is good, not too far from the city. We did have to go downstairs for hot drinks or water, though, since there was no kettle or complimentary drinks in the room.

I stayed over a month ago, but I still remember how grateful I was and felt bad for not leaving a good review sooner. The receptionist, who I think was called Christoffer, was a total pro even though he was supposedly new. He got ice for my friend’s injured knee, brought us food in the middle of the night, then fetched ketchup and salt too. He was polite and professional the whole time. If he’s still working there, consider giving him more money.
