The reception staff were really kind, and the restrooms and showers were very clean. Handy place for a quick stop to fill up with fresh water and empty grey water and the camping toilet.

You can even rent a private sauna here 🤩. It’s a family friendly, alcohol free place, with the beach within walking distance. There are nice tent pitches, a reasonably priced restaurant and an ice cream kiosk, plus clean facilities and very welcoming staff. One of the best campsites I’ve stayed at.

Bring your own bedsheets, and clean up after yourself or you’ll be charged extra. There’s a small shop and restaurant, though neither sells alcohol. The cabins are more like little houses, with a grill area right beside them, and parking is free. It was quiet and comfortable, the price was reasonable, and all the employees were polite and spoke English. I’d recommend it.

We love coming here. The food at the restaurant is good and affordable, and the staff are so nice, always smiling and giving good service. Fantastic place.

The road noise is the one thing to consider. It didn’t bother us much, but if you’re looking for a quiet campsite, it’s worth checking for yourself first. The owners are helpful and really nice, and the sanitary facilities were clean and plentiful. Late check-in was very handy after taking the ferry from Grenna (DK) to Halmstad. We’ll come back!
