The family room was just right, especially the excellent bunk bed with a blind on the lower bunk that our two year old loved. We also appreciated the well equipped kids room near our dining table, so we could take our time after dinner and enjoy one of the famous gin cocktails. The restaurant, rooms, location, and service were all fantastic. We wanted a family friendly break from Örnsköldsvik, and Hernö Gin Hotel in Härnösand turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Thanks, Hernö, for the great stay, service, and food. We’ll be back!

We came for Sunday dinner with the family. The food was excellent and service generally good, and the kids room was a nice feature. Drinks and starters took a long time, about 30-40 minutes, and the staff could know more about wine and other alcoholic drinks.

Hampus made the whole visit so much easier. No request was too small or task too big, and he never seemed flustered. The location was lovely, and the beer and food were great. Seriously, Hampus deserves a raise.

We had a great dinner here at the end of a day out with the company. The restaurant is huge but still feels cosy, and there’s a great bar serving splendid cocktails. The food was exceptional.
