The staff were so kind and helpful whenever I needed something or had a question. That really matters in a hotel, and they treated customers with respect. I missed breakfast this time, but I hope to try it on my next visit. I’m happy with the service and will come back. Nice job ☺️❤️

Breakfast needs work. Fresh vegetables would help, and the dishwasher should be replaced.

The service stood out, with polite staff, good bath products, and a very nice breakfast. The hotel itself feels old, perhaps dating from the 70s, and probably hasn’t had much renovation in years. If you're staying in town for 3 days or more, it’s probably your best choice.

This was my second stay in Härnö, at First Hotel, and I came back because it met my expectations for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. After I left, I realized I’d forgotten something, and they gladly found it and sent it back to me.

The big window gave us a lovely river view, though it also let in a lot of heat. With no air conditioning, the temperature in the room became horrific. The hotel itself was OK but a little dated. Outside, local street cruisers played car stereos so loudly it was deafening indoors, and there was a very lively bar just across the road.
