The rooms are basic, but everyone was so kind and service minded. The reception and restaurant service really made the experience. I didn’t expect much from the complimentary fika and food, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good job, everyone.

The free afternoon coffee and cake, buffet dinner, and breakfast were all excellent. The bar was great too, especially if you like gin, they have more than 100 kinds. We booked this hotel for a last-minute weekend getaway, and it turned out to be a great stay. Right in central Helsingborg, with plenty of parking nearby. We were upgraded to a Superior room, which was clean, large, quiet, and had plenty of amenities. Highly recommended!

Fika and dinner are served here, and both tasted really good. The hotel has an older look, but it’s charming and nice. Even the elevator is cool, with chairs in it.

The train station is just a block away, and the food options and dining times throughout the day were really convenient. The staff were all incredibly polite and accommodating. For the price, this was an incredible stay.

The staff were helpful and the service was excellent. There’s also an indoor gym and sauna. Dinner is included, with an all-you-can-eat setup, and from 3 to 5 pm they serve free coffee, tea, and cake. Breakfast has a wide choice of local and international food, with fresh bread and very good coffee. The hotel is right in the heart of this beautiful Swedish town, close to the main attractions, bars, restaurants, harbour, and shopping centre. Just what it should be!
