The bathroom felt like a run-down train station, with a broken mirror, stained towels and enough limescale to start a coral reef. In a windowless room of about 3m², the constant ventilation sounded like a Boeing 747 taking off. The bed seemed sized for a toddler or a tiny garden gnome. If you're claustrophobic, this is a nightmare. Only stay if paying to feel like a prisoner sounds appealing.

The bathroom was nice, and the bed was super comfortable. There was also a handy mini fridge. But the room got really hot during our July visit, with no AC and only a table fan, and the windows wouldn't open. The TV had no Wi-Fi, and connecting our own Chromecast would have meant extending the cable. There was no room service or phone, just a dirty vending machine with a few snacks. I'd suggest coming in winter instead.

For a place to sleep, it was good value. I paid less than 900 sek in june 2025, and that felt worth it. The room was clean, though worn down, and what looked like an uncovered electrical cable on the desk seemed potentially dangerous. Check-in was simple, and the relax area looked clean, fresh and pleasant. I didn't try the outdoor hot tub. Breakfast was a bit boring. There was no parking at the hotel, only paid street parking nearby, and it was hard to find a spot that day.

I went in expecting the hotel to be worse, so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was pretty good, and breakfast was really great.

I was given a fresh, nice room, and the reception staff were pleasant. The Wi-Fi didn't work during my stay, which was disappointing. At breakfast, though, the staff were very rude. I had booked breakfast but was refused entry to eat. It felt unpleasant and as if I was being questioned. I also felt watched when I went to get breakfast, which made me feel discriminated against.
