The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly, and it’s a good hotel overall. Breakfast, though, seemed old rather than fresh. The bacon and hash browns were so hard I couldn’t finish them. In the bathtub jacuzzi room, water got onto the floor and we had to spend ages drying it, so some kind of floor drain is needed.

A good breakfast, a stylish room and nice staff in this small, cozy hotel right in central Helsingborg. Finding parking was a bit tricky. The bathroom needs a facelift, and there’s no restaurant yet, though they said it would open soon, which is great. Would I come back? Sure.

The suite with the big bathtub made for a really comfortable, relaxing stay. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast was a 10. We had a fantastic time right in the city centre, and I’d definitely recommend the suite for a celebration.

We had a lovely stay in a warm, cozy hotel, with very nice rooms and friendly service. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, and the sweet breakfast lady was super friendly every morning. The tub did leak badly as soon as we pulled the plug, leaving water everywhere. Luckily we caught it in time and nothing was damaged, but it could have been dangerous or caused serious water damage to our belongings. We reported it and it was fixed, but the same thing happened again the next evening, which was a bummer. Apart from that, we had a really good time. The staff apologized several times and made a really nice gesture about the bathtub trouble.
