First Camp Mölle

Our cottage was cosy, and the kitchen came stocked. I was satisfied with the stay overall, though a few things were disappointing: the coffee machine was dirty, and the toilet handle came off as soon as we opened the door because its screws were missing. Light also comes through the large glass in the main door, which isn't ideal when you want a dark room for sleeping, especially in summer. We were unlucky with our May visit because the restaurant doesn't open until June. I couldn't find that information when booking. I also wish there had been more activities for toddlers, like swings or slides.

The facilities were spotless, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great value for the money.

We came in our campervan, although we don't usually stay at campsites. Friends were staying in a cabin, and they were happy with it. It's a friendly place for kids, with plenty of room and things for them to do, but many activities cost extra, so keep that in mind if the kids want a fun-bike ride. There are lots of toilets, showers, and kitchen space, plus pools and a bistro. You can reach grocery shopping by bike or car. I took plenty of walks through the amazing nature nearby, but only got a photo of the area, not the campsite.

This was our most negative campsite experience in Sweden. The washing machines didn't work, the toilets and showers were dirty, and nobody could or wanted to help us. Management seemed incompetent, with too few staff and the team completely overwhelmed by the number of customers. I felt sorry for the people working there. Sweden is otherwise a wonderful country, with great people and campsites.
