We were there for two nights, and the radiator kept waking us with loud knocking at night. The rooms were small and cold, so we left sleep-deprived. The receptionist we spoke to on the first day was super nice, though there were limits to what they could do, which was understandable. Dinner was another letdown. We paid quite a bit and spent nearly two hours there on Valentine's Day. It was a buffet, and after we asked for a drinks menu, we got one, but nobody ever asked what we wanted to order. We waved to the servers whenever we saw them, and stayed polite throughout. Maybe the arguing we overheard between the waiters had something to do with it, but I don't know. We finally gave up and decided never to come back. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the spa and relaxation area felt lovely and cozy. A very pleasant stay. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

They were so kind and flexible about us bringing a baby. The place was clean, neat and quiet. Really grateful for the smiles and kindness at reception! 🙏🏽

The room was okay, though it wasn't very clean and a few small things were broken. The spa was just okay too, and I don't think it's worth the price.

I only found this place on my second day of vacation in Strömstad, which I think is a hole. The atmosphere was amazing, with welcoming vibes, delicious, flavorful food, fair prices and great live music. On Fridays, it's got everything you'd want for a perfect night out, and the music sets just the right mood. Highly recommended! Thanks Arthur! 💫✨
