The kitchen is good, and the setting is peaceful and pleasant. It works well for conferences and meetings. The downside is getting there by public transport: the main road and bus stops are about 2 km away. MP

The grounds are lovely for walks, and the location itself is beautiful. The staff are lovely too. It seems much better suited to a holiday than a business trip, though. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to reach the capital, they missed my wake-up call one morning, and dinner was a take-it-or-leave-it single option.

The photos made this look like the perfect place for my wedding, so I called to ask a few questions before booking. The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I tried emailing about the rooms and catering, but got brief, blunt replies saying the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t help, even though I hadn’t given them a date. I wrote back to clarify, and they’ve ignored me ever since. I don’t understand how a business can treat people like this. Embarrassing.
