I chose this hotel for a Stockholm trip with my husband and our three toddlers because the website photos made the rooms look comfortable for families. That was a huge mistake. Our room had roaches everywhere, along with insects I’d never seen before. When I reported it, the receptionist said, “perhaps you brought the roaches with you.” As if I’d brought a thousand insects along on vacation with my family. I was also uneasy and scared for my children’s safety because there were many junkies hanging around the hotel. It was very overpriced, too. I could have paid a little more for somewhere much better. This made it the worst vacation ever, and I’m never going back.

I had a room with a kitchen, a toilet, and basic sanitary supplies such as toilet paper. Social care is paying, so I don’t know the nightly cost. It might be worth it if you’re really cheap, like social care. Social care home.

For anyone who can’t find a place in overcrowded central Stockholm, this is a ray of hope. It’s neat and clean. I agree with an earlier reviewer: you get what you pay for.

The staff were extremely rude, and the hotel was very bad and dirty.

Worst possible. The bed was stained, and the first sheet I got had clearly been used. I had to argue for a replacement because they said it was clean, even though it was wrinkled, stained, and had dirt like grass on it. I finally got a new sheet, but a stained bed with no mattress protector is still very uncomfortable.
