I still haven’t received a refund for the double charge, and after reading other comments, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this problem. I had to cancel my booking because of personal problems. I’d paid in advance and understood that a cancellation fee applied, but two weeks later they charged me again through my account. I called and emailed, and nobody replied.
