The food is tasty, the price is good, and getting into the city is easy. The rooms are fine for what you pay, and I had a great stay. The area isn’t the best, with few stores nearby and an industrial feel on one side and residential surroundings on the other, but that didn’t matter much to me.

I stayed from 09/09 to 09/12/25, and the experience was a mix of good and frustrating. The staff I met were polite, the room was clean, and the sheets felt fresh and crisp. Breakfast had a good range, and the restaurant kitchen looked noticeably clean, which made me feel more confident about food preparation. I also enjoyed the modern lounge, gym, and sauna. The parking caused the biggest problem. The hotel advertises free parking, but there are only about 10 spaces, and they were full on my second night. I paid 205 SEK, a little over $20 USD, for overnight parking. I managed to park on-site later, but on my last day I was told that the place I’d parked was private property and had nothing to do with the hotel. I’d already told a receptionist where I parked, and she hadn’t said anything. There was no sign that the lot wasn’t part of the hotel, and I hate finding out I’ve unknowingly done something wrong or inconvenienced someone. If you’re bringing a car, stay somewhere else. My room was long and narrow, with two small beds and two chairs, an odd setup for a booking for one person. There was only a coat rack, no proper closet. The bathroom had hand soap but no standard shower gel. When I finally caught the housekeeper in the hallway and asked for body wash, I saw a five-gallon shampoo container on her cart. She tried to refill a bottle labeled “body wash” with it. I said I needed actual body wash, not shampoo in a bottle with that label. She struggled to understand and asked me to follow her. She went into a room and returned with another body wash bottle, but I suspected it was filled with something unknown, possibly shampoo. When I used it that night, it didn’t foam at all, which confirmed my concern. When I asked about parking, I was just told there was nothing available and left to sort it out myself. I also got no help with canceling my reservation, only instructions to contact Booking.com directly. The good facilities and clean rooms didn’t make up for the confusing parking, uncomfortable layout, questionable toiletries, and lack of support when problems came up.

Nice room, but it was directly under the gym. At 5:00am someone decided to do cardio, and I could hear the treadmill. Horrible.

The sauna is amazing, the gym is really good, and the breakfast buffet is incredible. The price is reasonable, the building is new and beautifully put together, and the room and bathroom are great. Guests can have delicious tea for free at any time. Getting to the place is difficult, and the service was really poor at times. The hot water machine is always deliberately switched off, and so is the fresh water, which is extremely annoying when you have to ask reception each time and staff aren’t always there. The lift to the top floor only works sometimes. The coffee is horrendous, and there’s almost no variety of healthy food on the menu. Guests can’t do laundry here, which is almost unacceptable. Much lower-standard hotels offer that.
