We stopped at this motel beside the gas station to refuel and grab something to eat. The restaurant prepares the food on site, with familiar road-trip options like Köttbullar, spaghetti, salads, burgers, and vegetarian dishes. The staff were very friendly.

The room was dirty, there was fungus in the shower, and the toilet wasn’t clean. The staff were unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

A plentiful breakfast buffet is included, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and adequately equipped. It’s good value and conveniently located for both Hudiksvall and the motorway. It’s a typical Swedish motel or hotel, efficient and quiet. No complaints at all, I recommend it.

The rooms are quite large, which was fun with the kids. We were comfortable during our three-night stay, and I’d recommend the place.

I’d had enough of burgers and sandwiches, so while waiting after charging my Nissan Leaf, I walked around the building and found this värdshus. The food is good, ordinary fare, with huge portions for a good price. I’d originally only planned to go to the Circle K, but I’m glad I came across it.
