Great location, clean room, and welcoming staff. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve spent over 50 nights a year in hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs around Europe in recent years, and this was the worst experience I’ve had. The rooms were dirty, unhygienic, and smelled bad. I booked two nights, but when I saw the place I turned around and couldn’t stay. I contacted the accommodation afterward, but they wouldn’t offer any compensation.

There was traffic noise all night because the house is poorly soundproofed, and the apartment was cold when we arrived. The window sill was broken, with brackets sticking out. The TV didn’t work, the nightstand was installed wrong, and there were no bedside lamps or doormat. A fan heater created an annoying flow of air over the bed, and there was no written information for guests. In the bathroom, the electrical plug was loose and the washbasin mixer wasn’t secured properly. The drawers in the washbasin cabinet were fitted incorrectly, the floor was unfinished, and the heating element wasn’t on. The painting was sloppy. I o F.

The room was freezing, and I was told it wasn’t just ours. The wiring looked questionable, and about 75% of the wall had been painted. It was dirty everywhere, with hair in the bed, suspicious gnats on the floor, cockroaches and spiders. There would have been ants too if there hadn’t been an ant box in the room. Even at a low price, it’s not worth it. I’d rather sleep in a ditch.
