There’s a historic feel to the spacious rooms, and the setting around the place is picturesque. A café nearby offers a decent breakfast in the morning.
We were four friends from Vedum and Nossebro. A special extra was the musical about Harry Kling next door at Gjuteriet, with good music, acting and acrobatics. The surroundings were lovely, the beds were good, and the service was especially good. Thank you, Jennica, for arranging tasty shrimp and cheese sandwiches to have in our fridge on Sunday evening.
The bedroom had a nice style and the beds were comfortable. We had our own shower and toilet, and the breakfast plate was fantastic. It’s a cozy, personal hostel, and a perfect place to stay while visiting Forsvik and Karlsborg. Thanks for the lovely chat, Jennica. Highly recommended.
The room was spacious, though the beds were so-so, and the floors creaked a lot and carried sound. Still, it’s probably among Sweden’s top 20 hostels. The setting and cozy house were very nice, and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hostel. STF Tåtorp was even better, but that was about six years ago. Maybe top five.
