We stayed just one night, from May 31 to June 1, 2025. The building looks a little run down, but inside the apartments have had an extensive recent renovation. The kitchen, beds, cupboards, and everything else were new. The apartment was lovely and worked well for an overnight stay. We'd booked a ground-floor apartment with a backyard entrance. A Swedish man and an Asian woman, a couple who hosted the place, were polite and understanding when we asked about moving to a slightly larger apartment for an extra fee. They kindly showed us a newly renovated ground-floor apartment with a window onto Råhusgatan. We were happy to pay more, but they immediately said there'd be no extra charge. We thanked them and offered to pay anyway, but we didn't have Swedish money, and the city's ATMs were closed, so we couldn't get cash to reward them for their fine service. We really wanted to. A good spot for a short stay, around 1-3 days. The owners were very kind and let me check in earlier than promised. Breakfast isn't included. There's a fridge, but it's very small.

I was so grateful to find a clean, tidy place that accommodates someone with a fur allergy. It's centrally located and has a great terrace. Highly recommend it!
