Kosterbaden

The place is beautiful and the standard is good. But for what we paid, with two families sharing an apartment, I expected more room and privacy. The upstairs floor was open to the living room, and there were no living room curtains, so light and noise carried straight to where the beds were. It wasn't ideal for sleeping. Also, the water at Koster smells really strange and looks yellowish, especially at Kosterbaden compared with other places at Koster.

We stayed in a duplex apartment for five, though it could easily have held many more. Nordkoster is beautiful, and the place is fantastic, conveniently close to the ferry. The staff were great, and so was the pub. Special thanks to Johan for giving us extra help when we needed it. Highly recommended!

The apartment was fresh and thoughtfully laid out, close to the ferry, the beach and the beautiful island. Three of us stayed for two weeks, and we would gladly have stayed longer.

The restaurant was closed because of water problems. They had missed our breakfast order, but sorted it out quickly. The whole thing felt a bit messy. We had a ground-floor apartment in a housing association that rents out apartments. It was very quiet, though we woke up to children running around in the apartment above. Nordkoster is fantastic, by the way.
