The rooms are cute, though simple, and the quiet away from city noise was fantastic. The surroundings are incredibly charming, like a lively little village with house gnomes and grazing animals. The food looked lovely every time, but the taste swung between fantastic and mediocre. Some dishes were perfect, and the kitchen clearly has ambitions, though it doesn't quite reach its full potential. It's a charming spot if you're looking to leave the stress behind and find some peace, but I'd call it three stars. Small children may not be a good fit: the stairs had no safety features, and we struggled to find a menu that suited our little one. The conference room also got extremely hot, with a heat wave outside, so that's something to consider.

For around 2,000:- a night, I can't say this was worth the price. My wife and I have traveled a lot, and this was one of the worse places we've stayed. The double room was decent and small, but had no TV or AC. The bathroom had a bathtub and no shower curtain, with no separate shower area. The hotel is somewhat isolated. Being near the lake is nice, but the road there isn't good, and there's very little room to sit by the water. Most of the land beyond the lake is overgrown. At 1,995:- for a night, no, it isn't worth it.

It felt empty and cold, and the food was so bland that there was no wow experience to be found. We were two adults and two children, aged 5 and 7. Even they thought my meatballs and mashed potatoes tasted better, which might be nice to hear if you weren't paying for an experience. We couldn't even get ice cream for the kids. Unfortunately, it felt like customers didn't matter, unless they were companies paying anyway.

It was nice to get away from the city's noise and bustle, and the setting was relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good, vegan as requested when I called ahead, though I was a little confused about it.
