The bed was so cozy that I slept really well, and the room was spotless. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was welcoming and helpful, which made things easy. The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located. I was happy with every part of my stay and would gladly come back.

Getting checked in was simple, just as other reviews had said. We were very pleased with the family room and how clean it was. The hotel is a little way from the city centre, but getting around was easy: the tram passes very close by, and the ferry stop is only a couple of minutes on foot.

The room was comfortable, though it got a bit warm in summer. For Stockholm prices, the stay was good value. The map makes the city centre look far away, but boat route 80 goes straight to Djurgarden in about 40 minutes.

I booked through booking and arrived at the address, but there was nobody there and no instructions for getting into the apartment. After I called, a woman gave us the lobby code, but we then waited two hours because their system had a problem. The service couldn't help us get into the room, so after six hours in total we gave up and went to another hotel. At 9:00 PM, they called to say we could check in. They still don't want to refund us, and I've reported the case to booking. SCAMMERS!!!

The apartment was spacious, had a good layout and came with most things we needed. Check-in and check-out were both easy. Its location also worked well for us: the tram and ferry are nearby, and there was a supermarket close enough to make shopping convenient. We stayed five nights, but there was no cleaning during that time. I think someone should at least have taken the rubbish and left extra garbage bags. We got only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to buy more. A hair dryer would have been useful too.
