Best Western Plus Edward Hotel

The staff were fun and helpful, and I couldn’t have asked for more from them. This was my first trip to Europe, so I can’t judge whether the rooms are above or below the usual standard, though I was told they’re above the norm. Check all the doors and drawers, by the way. My mini-fridge was tucked away in the desk. The beds were adequate, though I’ll be glad to get back to my memory foam one at home. Breakfast was a real surprise, with far more options than the usual continental spread. I posted a video and a few breakfast photos separately from this review. The in-house restaurant has a good mix of food, and the staff were happy to answer questions. They even have ice, which isn’t always available in Europe. Laundry service doesn’t run on weekends, but during the week mine was turned around the same day when I dropped it off early at breakfast.

A great place to stay in town, whether you’re here for work or leisure. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant serves excellent meals, and the breakfast buffet is just right. There’s also a bar and sauna.

The staff make you feel welcome and comfortable, and you can see how much they want you to enjoy your stay. The service was excellent, with kind people and plenty of smiles. Rooms are cozy and clean, and breakfast came with fresh food and good coffee.

The staff were very nice and service-minded, and staying in the heart of town was comfortable. But I’ve never had worse takeaway breakfast. I’m still crying. Good coffee, though. Nice service just isn’t enough.
