The place feels really cozy and the service was fantastic. The keypad entry does make the reception feel a bit impersonal, with not much life around there. Still, I felt like Ernest Jacques Thiel in his best days. Highly recommend it, despite that.

We had a lovely stay, thanks! Breakfast was excellent, the price was great, and the room felt cosy. The building itself has so much charm, like an old noble lady, and the location worked really well.

We were lucky to find Leopold when my husband and I needed somewhere at the last minute. The host was so accommodating and kind, and even met us at the door before putting us in a newly renovated room. The bed was very comfortable. There were lots of thoughtful details around the place, plus refreshments in the dining area and plenty of comfortable seats. Breakfast was very nice too. We really enjoyed our stay.

I came across this little gem more or less by accident and was pleasantly surprised by how warm and friendly it felt. It may be the smallest hotel in Östersund, but it seems to have the biggest heart.

The rooms were lovely and a great price, and the place feels like a BnB where people have put in a lot of effort. Breakfast wasn't huge, but it was filling. We had a great time at Leopold, and the location made getting around easy without much walking.
