We enjoyed our three-night stay and would definitely come back for the location and service. The shopping center is close by, parking is free, and check-in was quick. Staff were friendly and kept the public areas clean. Tea, coffee and cookies were available during the day, and breakfast was nice, with staff regularly topping up the buffet and clearing tables without making it feel rushed. The room has no AC, so it can get very hot on a warm summer day. Opening the windows also lets in highway traffic noise.

The staff took special care of us, and the hotel made us feel like we were its only guests, which was lovely. Breakfast comes in a retro-styled restaurant. It’s a handy stop for people driving between Sweden, Denmark, Poland or Germany, with charging and gas stations plus shopping centers nearby. A unique experience 🔥

I liked the location and the free parking, but breakfast wasn’t worth even one star to me. They don’t provide a tray, so you have to eat from a tiny plate, which I disliked most. Also, the shower pressure is very low. If you’re XXL, avoid this hotel at any cost, or you could get stuck in the bathroom doorway.

Getting to the hotel from the highway is easy, and breakfast is good. The lobby and restaurant have AC, but the guestrooms need AC or at least heavy-duty fans. During our mid-July stay the heat was unbearable, and with a very narrow bed, about 140 cm?, a decent night’s sleep was out of the question. I’d probably have been very happy here alone and outside the middle of summer.

There’s a big store with everything you need right across the road, and the staff are super nice. The diner serves good food until 22:00. It’s right by the motorway but still quiet and cosy, making it a perfect stop along the way. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.
