The free bikes were a real bonus. You hand over your room card, take a bike, and return it when you're done. The hotel is very central and feels like good value, with comfortable beds and practical rooms that have the basics, including a TV. Breakfast is available, though halal options nearby are limited; there are a few places a short distance away. I brought my own internet, so I can't comment on the WiFi, but the rest worked well for a work stay. One serious thing to watch for: after I paid, I got a WhatsApp message saying the booking would be cancelled unless I paid again. It was a scam. Check any payment or booking problem with the hotel by phone or email before acting.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the receptionist was good too. The only real issue was the WiFi. It was so bad I switched it off on my phone and used cellular data. Chromecast kept shutting down, and the signal in the room was poor. Fix the WiFi and this would be a perfect hotel.

I had no complaints at all. The hotel is close to several shops and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and both breakfast and dinner were included. It was amazing.

The gym is large, and they keep up their standards. It was a very comfortable, beautiful place, with good, healthy food. 👏🏻

The basement gym is fully equipped, and guests also get an evening buffet on most days of the week as well as breakfast. The breakfast itself was pretty good. I found the rooms spacious and clean, though they could use some refurbishment. Most of all, the staff stood out for being friendly and very helpful. A fine hotel in Ludvika.
