We were very disappointed with our stay at Clarion Sense. The hotel makes a big point of advertising its spa, pool, and skybar, but access to the pool and spa was limited to certain time slots and cost extra. That wasn't clearly explained ahead of time, and those facilities were the reason we chose this hotel. The skybar was shut for most of the day, leaving us in the downstairs lobby/lounge, which had little atmosphere and was being renovated. That's not the experience you'd expect at this level. The room also lacked things you'd normally expect in a four-star hotel, like a coffee machine and smart TV, which doesn't fit the price or rating. When we complained, they offered membership points or a spa “discount” that was actually the same price as before. Neither felt like a fair solution given how dissatisfied we were with the organization. The location and exterior looked promising, but the execution and transparency fell short. The stay was well below expectations, which is a real shame.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many choices it might be a bit much 🙈. The hotel is right in the city center, so it's easy to head out for food or other things. Rooms look great, the facilities are nice, and the price is good. There's a heated indoor garage you can pay to use, plus a gym and spa. I'd recommend staying here 🙏❤️

For a business trip, I ended up in a room literally 2 by 3 meters, with no window. In a 4 Star Hotel, at about 150€ a night? What a joke. Any youth hostel would be better. Never again!

The team were very friendly and the location is prime. But take care when booking, because they really do have windowless rooms, maximum 12 m², and they're tiny. The walls are paper thin, too. At 150 Eur, I expected something different.

A nice place for a drink, with a beautiful view and a sauna. I didn't see the rooms, though they seem very comfortable. The staff are efficient.
