We're visiting from California, and our train was canceled because of the cold, leaving us stuck in lulea. The kids had wished for snow, and they got it! After we waited at the train station with no one coming to help, this hotel's lights were a beacon. They let us warm up in the lounge while we waited for our return train, and we had a beautiful breakfast. I can't comment on the rooms or beds, but the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you!

We spent a week here. The room was nice and breakfast was a good complimentary option. It's close to the railway station and the City, with a bus stop right beside the hotel. Luela Bus station is a short walk away.

Right in the center of Lulea, this is a nice, quiet hotel with good rooms. Breakfast is modest but good, with a nice choice of bread and sausage.

Service and assistance were just as they should be, helpful and efficient. A little lounge music or background sound would have been a nice touch, though.

The hotel is in a beautiful part of the city, and the rooms were very nice, clean, and had comfortable beds. The shower always had hot water. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices for every taste. The staff were polite and always helpful.
