The owners really made this stay for me. On Christmas Eve, when nobody was officially on duty, they still helped me get my room door open. They were warm, lively and professional, and I appreciated that a lot. I came from California and found the room exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Breakfast had more quality and variety than I expected, too. Nordic Hotel BWH in Lund went beyond what I expected, and I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The location is handy, on a quiet street and just a short walk from central Lund’s attractions. We’ve stayed at most of the hotels in Lund over the last 10 years, and this one is the best value for the money. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is very good.

We even borrowed their bikes to get around. The rooms were clean, and the customer service was amazing. Great place, with a wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast. One of the best Best Westerns we’ve stayed at!

The front desk team were excellent, especially when I needed help translating the Swedish-only support for an issue with my Lebara sim card. We stayed three nights last year while exploring Lund and Malmo, and the hotel’s location was great, close to Coop supermarket and Ramklints Konditori, which was excellent for fika. It’s a nice heritage building. From what I remember, it used to be three homes joined together. Our room was a decent size, with comfortable bedding and a very good heater. I also liked the solid, airtight balcony door, which is probably common in Scandinavia. There’s a small courtyard for guests, and complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits are available in the restaurant all day. The breakfast buffet felt healthy, and I especially enjoyed the ginger shots and smorrebroad. There’s just one washing machine and dryer in the laundry area, but they’re free to use.
