Magles Smiley Inn

I left the hotel in the morning because after what happened, I no longer felt safe there. The owner seemed surprised and tried to reassure me, saying people make mistakes. He said he was tired and had been frightened too when the other guests woke him with a call. The mix-up came from the email instructions. It said all the rooms were on the first floor, but the word “groundfloor” was left in Swedish, which I couldn't understand. That's why I went into the wrong room. Still, that doesn't excuse what followed. At midnight, the other guests arrived and tried to get into the room where I was sleeping. The owner came in while I was asleep, woke me, and yelled furiously. I was so scared I had a panic attack and couldn't breathe or speak for a while. When I explained why I'd chosen that room, he yelled at me again. He then spoke with the other guests, who decided to stay in another room. I was too stressed to sleep for the rest of the night. You can't walk into a room where someone is sleeping and scream at them, even if they've picked the wrong room. What if I had been naked? This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
