VIP Mullsjö

Cheap candy and a good place to stop in general. If you're eating, get the Schnitzel. It's expensive, but huge and so, so good. I've eaten a lot of Schnitzels, and this is the best one I've had. I'd definitely recommend VIP Mulsjö if you're driving by!

The room was quiet enough thanks to good sound insulation, and parking right outside the motel is free and feels safe. Check the location before booking, since it's close to a road, market, and gas station. The young, kind staff will probably give you the keys at the market, where you can get drinks and loads of cakes. The nearby "restaurant" closes at 9pm and serves a decent breakfast. Prices are fair for the quality. The little town has a lovely small lake, a couple of pizzerias and restaurants, and a cafe by the water. Keep in mind they close around 9 or 10pm.

There was a good range of products, and the workers were polite and nice. The shop was packed and cramped, though. With just one cashier and a full busload of footballers, the wait was long.

The food is good and inexpensive, but the hotel was a bit of a nightmare. It's in a really restless area, and on weekend nights the noise around it is horrible enough that you can't sleep. I can't recommend it.
