A quiet, clean hostel with plenty of play areas for kids, in a typical Swedish summer house setting. If you want to get away from the city and have something the kids will enjoy, I’d recommend it. Adults can play table tennis, snooker, pellet rifles and pool, use the sauna, or listen to boogie woogie and lots of oldies. It’s also a good base for the water parks in Sunne, about a 30-minute drive away. There’s a swimming pool at the hostel too, but it isn’t heated, it is a hostel after all 😊

The couple who run this place are exceptionally lovely. They try to make sure everyone has something positive to enjoy, especially families. There’s an adventure park playground, pools, and a music room. I’d also recommend the holistic therapy and products.

There’s a lot of love and ambition behind this place. The kids loved it, and so did I. We had a great pool, forest trails, and a great breakfast. The owner even played folk music on his violin at breakfast.

Nice buildings and surroundings, but this isn’t the most orderly youth hostel in Sweden. The whole place needs a shape up.

A peaceful spot in the forest, just 2 km from the main road. The rooms are big, and there’s a kitchen, TV room, game room upstairs, gym, sauna, and swimming pool. You can rent bikes and canoes, and there’s lots for children to do outside. Highly recommend it for a fun, peaceful stay.
