After a nine-hour drive, we arrived late with nowhere else to go, but they still refused to let my wife, our two children and me stay, even though we had booked and paid. They expected us to pay for separate beds for our children, who are 4 and 20 months old and sleep in the same bed as us. Neighbors and local businesses told us this kind of behavior was known locally. In our experience, they were unprofessional and seemed to care only about money and themselves. I wouldn't support this business.

The staff were friendly and the location was good. They couldn't accept card payments, though, so bring cash if you plan to use any extra services.

A beautiful, cozy place with a simple, elegant feel.

We were given a free upgrade from a room to an apartment, which was nice, and the beds were comfortable. There was a slight sewage smell in the toilet. The surrounding nature is just around the corner.

Nornäs was so beautiful, and we were given such a warm welcome that we wished we could have stayed longer. We were also allowed to move into a holiday apartment instead of the room we had booked. It was wonderful, thank you again.
