A great spot.

Getting the keys and key cards took a call to someone, since there wasn't a clear entrance. After that, everything went smoothly. The accommodation is centrally located, an easy walk from the train and close to bathhouses, libraries, restaurants and more. Our room was spacious, fresh and nicely decorated, with a roomy toilet and shower area. The TV was large, the beds were comfortable, and the linen and towels felt brand new.

The breakfast was in a fridge in the dining room overnight, with different spreads and good bread, so that part was totally okay. The rooms looked shabby, in black and silver, although they were clean. There was no reception and no staff on site except when the keys were handed over. Getting in meant going through two coded doors in the town hall, up a flight of stairs, then another code lock into a dark, narrow hallway with doors. How can you call this a hotel? It's clearly self-service, more somewhere to sleep in an emergency than a hotel. Absolutely not worth the price.

The macaroni in my lunch box from the Bar in Ockelbo had a strange seasoning and tasted sour. It should be a little sweet. The falukorv was burnt, and one out of four pieces was inedible. There was also a lot of fat floating around in the box, maybe from the falukorv. Cook classic food the way it should be cooked, and don't be sloppy. Then the rating will reflect that. And don't give fake counter-ratings!
