We had a relaxing long weekend at the Clarion while visiting friends and relatives nearby. The Saturday evening entertainment was a lovely way to unwind after a busy day, and the whole visit was enjoyable. The staff made us feel welcome from check-in onward, and everyone was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel is central and the breakfast was great. We ran into trouble with our rental car on the morning we were leaving, and Astrid at the front desk was very accommodating while we got things sorted. We're grateful for her kindness and help, and would happily stay here again.

6/10
My parents stayed here for a weekend vacation while visiting me in Örebro. They liked the excellent breakfast and the food, and found the reception staff and location excellent too. The restaurant service let them down, though, and the room had silverfish. The bed and TV were small, while the lights worked oddly and left the room dark. They didn't feel it was worth what they paid, so their rating would be around 2-3 out of 5.

The breakfast was really nice, and the staff there and at reception were lovely. Check-in was impressively quick compared with another big hotel chain in Sweden. The location is great, right across the street from Saluhallen, and the room was clean and nice for an okay price. I found the bed a little stiff, but my colleague in the next room thought it was perfect, so that's probably personal preference. It's a minor thing and wouldn't stop me coming back.

The suite was spacious and the location was great, but it looked worn and tired despite the appealing photos. The breakfast was mediocre, and the area was too small, so we had a long wait for a table.
