The place itself matched what I expected: the rooms and building looked nice, everything was clean, and the setting was pleasant. But other guests, or at least people I took to be guests, made the stay miserable. They were loud and inconsiderate, with a lot of shouting right outside my door at 1 a.m. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I won't return or recommend it.

We only planned to sleep here for one night, but once inside I wished we could have stayed longer. The house is comfortably arranged, with a lovely interior and everything you need, and it sits in beautiful Swedish scenery not far from the E4. The toilets and bathroom are shared, but the room's quality and the high standard of cleanliness made that easy to accept. It delivers what it promises.

After our planned motel a few kilometers away turned out to be closed, we were lucky to find this place. The owner sorted everything out quickly at 9 p.m., and we got a quiet, restful night in a well-kept hostel. Sheets were included in the reasonable price, and there was coffee and tea to make in the morning. The common room was cozy, and dogs are welcome too! 🤗

A lovely woman greeted us and checked that everything was all right, and it was. The kitchen had all we needed, from dishes and cutlery to pots and pans, though a few pans seemed to have been left unwashed by previous visitors. The shower felt a bit small, but after several days camping, it was still great. Try the cookies in the kitchen if you spot them, they're really good.
