The rooms are spacious, and some have their own toilets. The beds have firm, comfortable mattresses, and the floor plan works really well for a large group that wants to stay together. The hosts were excellent, and breakfast was good too, though it’s an extra. It’s up the hill from Orsa, but not too far.
The WiFi was poor, and the window curtains didn’t cover the window completely.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the good home-baked bread. It cost 125.- for adults and 75.- for children. We stayed one night with our dog, which was allowed, and found the place very cozy. The Danish/Norwegian staff were really nice. Our room was spacious, and the bed came with a duvet, pillow, and bedspread. I’d recommend staying here for accommodation or hiking.
A fresh room, friendly service, and an affordable price made this a very nice stop on our way to Jämtland for moose hunting. Simply the best!
