For a few nights, this is quite okay accommodation. The host was service-minded and quick to respond. The beds were okay, though hard if you’re a bit heavier, and the mosquito net was broken. The kitchen could use a few things, like oven mitts and a decent knife. The oven was pretty dirty, and the baking dish was missing, with only a disposable aluminum one there.

The cabin was wonderfully quiet, even at night, and it’s a gorgeous little place by the river. We booked through booking.com and paid by card, then owner Daniel sent us the code for the key box. Cabin no. 2 has two bunk beds, four beds altogether, and comes fully equipped with a bathroom and shower.

We couldn’t have been happier with this quiet, peaceful gem close to both Orsa and Mora. When the sky was clear, we could see the Milky Way among the stars. The river runs alongside the cottage, and breakfast felt really luxurious. Inside, there’s a stove and a huge TV for cosy time together, whether you’re young or old. It’s furnished with lovely dala almoge furniture.

The location is good, right in the middle of nature, and it’s very quiet. The bunk beds aren’t much of a highlight, and that lovely fireplace is only in the first cabin. Apart from that, it was okay.
