Furunäset Hotell och Konferens

The surroundings are lovely, but there wasn't much else to like. We barely saw any staff, and our room had just one towel for four people. The rooms got sauna-hot during the heatwave because there was no air conditioning. In the dim bathroom the window wouldn't open, so the floor stayed wet after a shower. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. I'd tell families to avoid staying here.

Breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff were lovely and ready to help. The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. My room was spacious, with a decent-sized TV and bathroom. Check-in was easy too: the door and room codes arrived by email, so I didn't have to worry about getting there late. One of my best stays in a long time, an easy 10/10.

There were lots of good breakfast choices, and my room and bathroom were both roomy. The shower was large, and the TV was enormous. I also liked the two kitchens, one larger and one smaller, both fully equipped for guests to cook in this bed and breakfast. The place was clean, with wide corridors lined with armchairs and candies. Its past as an old mental institution makes the rebranding especially appealing to me. You enter with a code instead of a key or card, which gives it an institutional feel. Enjoy!

The breakfasts were delicious and varied, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a comfortable hotel for a short or longer stay, set in a business area. Tourists can enjoy it too: nearby I found a dark, open field by the sea where the Aurora Borealis was very clear.
