We stay here often and have always been pleased. The rooms are spacious and nice, while the food and service are outstanding. It’s an incredibly nice hotel right in the middle of the city.

We couldn't get into the breakfast room in the morning because our room key wouldn't open its door, and there were no staff around, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Staff were helpful when present, but there weren't many of them. Our first room, warmed by the afternoon sun to 27.8°C, was too hot to stay in. We were moved to a cooler room on the other side; it was better but still stuffy, so we used the fan. It wasn't a good experience.

The place has a warm, inviting look, with beautiful artwork throughout. There’s a wide range of beers from around the world, both on tap and bottled. A great spot for food and drinks while in Pitea, with outstanding service.

The pub is excellent, with a distinctly British decor and a good beer selection, though it only opens at 4 pm each day. I think they lose a lot of business by opening so late. My room was clean and quiet, and the WiFi worked well during my weeklong stay just before Christmas. Breakfast was a typical continental spread of cold meats, cheese, and bran cereals. Still a 10/10 for me.
