The overall atmosphere felt very strange, and the dog-only-in-the-room rule was strict. There are just two pet rooms among more than 90, and pets aren't allowed on the outer terrace or in the lobby for breakfast, so eating in the room is required. They were also refurbishing, which was a hassle. Room cleaning was a joke, and the room felt like three-star quality at a four-star nightly price. Traveling with pets here is a nightmare.

When I had to leave very early, the staff put together a breakfast bag for me. I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. The food was good, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a charming hotel, and I'd highly recommend it.

The morning food was amazing, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very helpful too. Honestly, the old hotel may not be at its peak anymore, but it's still beautiful.

The staff at the front desk were incredible, and the centre is an ideal spot just a short walk away. The in-house Restaurant fiore was closed that weekend, but it was easy to find something in the town centre /spread mall. Hotel parking was expensive, so I'd suggest using the municipality parking across the street. Breakfast was a letdown for someone eating plant-based. I asked, and was told peppers, cucumber and artificial cheese were the only options. Very disappointing 😞
