Getting the access code takes a little patience: it comes by SMS from the owner shortly after booking, but it isn’t sent automatically. The owner is very friendly and service minded. The place is tucked just behind the main shopping road, which is a small one, and it suited us perfectly. Our renovated room was very clean and had everything we needed, so we felt relaxed there. Breakfast was a lovely Swedish spread in a cozy room, with measures in place to keep things hygienic. There are also outdoor tables where we ate take-away from a nearby restaurant. We’d be glad to come back!

Gitte and Tomas Berggren, Värmdö. The owner was welcoming and served a perfect breakfast. Right in the center of Rättvik, this completely renovated guesthouse has lovely rooms with all the amenities and very comfortable beds. We really recommend it!

Our room was on the small side, but it was smartly and tastefully arranged and did what we needed. Storgatans Pensionat is newly renovated, clean, and tidy, with a good breakfast. A really nice place, highly recommend.

Right in central Rättvik beside Siljan, the location is perfect. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the friendly staff made things feel personal while providing a high level of comfort.
